He earned his degrees from South Georgia Technical College in Business Education, -Georgia Southwestern University in Business Administration and Weist-Barron School of Television in Commercial Acting.  In addition to degrees, he holds numerous certificates and licenses in a wide variety of career fields from banking to real estate.

Lowery has an extensive background in the corporate and entertainment fields.  He currently manages a wide spectrum of business operations for the global conglomerate Barksdale & Associates, Inc.  He has been a team member of some of the largest conglomerates in the world, such as the Lockheed Corporation and Beatrice-Hunt-Wesson-Con-Agra.

The entertainment field has also been a rewarding part of his life.  His first appearance in front of the cameras came when only nine years old.  Since that time he has been fortunate to appear in feature films, sitcoms, and dramas, including spokesperson and print media.

Jonathan Krieger

Vice President

Email: jkrieger@viewersvoice.org

Jonathan joined Viewers Voice in 1994 and has been a board member since
1995.

Jonathan is a former employee of the community television station where
Viewers Voice is produced, where he met Sharon Rhode. Jonathan created the
opening to the Viewers Voice TV show and helped out on the show for several
years, before returning to school.

Jonathan is currently in the last year of his PhD work in evolutionary
biology at the University of Colorado. He is happy to discuss evolution,
historically and scientifically, even in the context of the
creationism/evolution debate. Jonathan is a mathematical biologist,
developing new ways to measure shape. As he would say, "If you want to
compare two organisms, you have to be able to measure them. It's surprising,
in an age of cheap, powerful computers, how many people still feel like the
best option is to use a ruler." (You can learn more on his website:
http://ucsub.colorado.edu/~kriegej/ ). Jonathan studies a small group of
tree-dwelling ferns that evolved in the jungles of Central and South
America. His research has taken him to Costa Rica, Ecuador (photo, holding
one of his ferns), and Mexico (near Puerto Vallarta).

When he's not in the lab, Jonathan enjoys rock climbing and hiking, which
are perfect activities for Boulder, Colorado. He's very sad that
"Enterprise" (the latest Star Trek show) has come to an end, though
"Battlestar Galactica" is filling that void. He recently saw the early,
early premiere (4 months early!) of "Serenity", the movie based on Joss
Whedon's TV series "Firefly" (Joss is also responsible for "Buffy the
Vampire Slayer"). While he remains peeved at Fox for canceling the show,
Jonathan says that the movie was "shiny" (in "Firefly" parlance). He looks
forward to the two new "Star Wars" TV series.

He adds that, in addition to "Enterprise", the only show in the last 3 years
that has inspired him to watch every episode is "24". For anyone out there
listening, he pleads for release of the original "Batman" (Adam West
version) TV show on DVD.
